3(x+5)-2(y-1)=6

x+4(y+3)=13



3x+15-2y+2=6

x+4y+ 12=13



3x-2y = -11    |multiplying 1st EQ by 2 and adding to the second

 x+4y = 1

 7x = -21

  x = -3   and y = 1      y+=+%281-%28-3%29%29%2F4
