Hi,

(1)/(g-1)-(4)/(g+4)=0

%281%29%2F%28g-1%29=%284%29%2F%28g%2B4%29  |Cross Multiply to solve for g

      4g - 4 = g + 4

          3g = 8

           g = 8/3
