You can put this solution on YOUR website!
first separate the (x-y)/x to get:
x%2Fx-y%2Fx=.3
then multiply through by x to get rid of the denominator:
x-y=.3x
subtract x from both sides:
-y=-.7x
then divide both sides by -.7:
y%2F.7=x
