if she worked for 40 hours she would have got $300
but she has got $45 extra ..
so she have worked more than 40 hours .
we should calculate how many extra hours she worked equating all this.
for extra hours ,the pay have to be calculated as 1.5*(7.50 * x)
where x is the extra hours she worked.
salary for 40 hours + 1.5*(7.50 * x) = 345
300 + 1.5*(7.50 * x) = 345
solving for x we get 4 hours.
