You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3/7 - 18x = 3/9
shift the variable on one side of the equation
3/7-3/9 = 18x
LCD = 63. Multiply equation by 63
3*63/7 -3*63/9 = 18x*63
27-21=1134
6=1134x
x=6/1134
x=1/189

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
your problem
+3%2F7+-+18x+=+3%2F9
first you need to move the 3/7 with the 3/9 and will need a common denominator.
%283%2F7%29+%2A+%289%2F9%29+and+%283%2F9%29+%2A+%287%2F7%29

27%2F63+-+18x+=+21%2F63
now we can move it:
-18x+=+-6%2F63
now devide each side by -18
x+=+%28-6%2F63%29%2F-18
so we multiply by the recripical
x+=+%28-6%2F63%29+%2A+%28-1%2F18%29
+x+=+6%2F1134
simplify
+x+=+1%2F189
