2%28y-5%29=5%282x%2B4%29 ---As you can see there are two terms, so we will move a term to the right.
2y-10=10x%2B20
If you want y as subject:
2y=10x%2B30

y=10x%2F2%2B30%2F2
y=5x%2B15
If you want x as subject:
2y=10x%2B30
-10x=-2y%2B30
