I am assuming you mean: 3%2F%285n-2%29+=+1%2F%285n+%2B+3%29+

In the same way that a%2Fb=c%2Fd means that a%2Ad=b%2Ac
3%2F%285n-2%29+=+1%2F%285n+%2B+3%29+ means that 3%285n%2B3%29+=+1%285n-2%29+

Multiply out the parentheses:
15n + 9 = 5n -2

Get all n terms on the left by subtracting 5n from each side:
15n - 5n + 9 = 5n - 5n - 2
10n + 9 = -2

Subtract 9 from each side:
10n + 9 - 9 = -2 - 9
10n = -11

Divide both sides by 10:
n=+-11%2F10

(get the n values together on one side)
3/5n - 1/5n - 2 = 1/5n - 1/5n + 3
3/5n - 1/5n - 2 = 3
(get the numbers on one side and subtract the fractions)
2/5n - 2 + 2 = 3 + 2
2/5n = 5
(divide out the fraction-flip it over on the other side-reciprocal)
2/5n / 2/5 = 5 x 5/2
n = 25/2
n = 12.5
