SOLUTION: 1/3(x-6)=-2/5x+14/15
So what I've done is:
1/3x-2=-2/5x+14/15
+2
----------- ------
1/3x=-2/5x+44/15
From here I don't know what to do. I'm terrible at fractions!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Distribute the 1/3
Add 2 to both sides
"Make zeros" on the left side
Change the 2 to 15ths
Add like terms on the right side
Add 2x/5 to both sides
"Make zeros" on the right
Change 1/3 to 15ths (common denominators)
Change 2/5 to 15ths (common denominators)
combine like terms
Since it is an equation, and the denominators are the same ... drop them.
divide by 11 on both sides
