-4p-20p+30=22-7+14p
30-22+7=14p+20p+4p --> organize "p" and single numbers but don't forget of change the signal when you exchange the number's side
15=38p --> calculate them
15/38=p --> pass the number that is multiplying dividing to isolate "P"
