Multiply both terms in the brackets by sqrt%283%29%2F3 and you have
4sqrt%283%29%2F3 + 3%2F9 = 4sqrt%283%29%2F3 + 1%2F3 = %284sqrt%283%29+%2B+1%29%2F3
