4x+5y=0

8x-15y=5    |checking our answer:  2-(-3) = 5



12x+15y=0*3

 8x-15y=5

  20x = 5

    x = 1/4  and y = -1/5   (1 + 5y = 0, y = -1/5)

 Ordered pair (1/4,-1/5) is the solution fo this system
