Question 43981This question is from textbook College Algebra
: Please help with this:
Use the Quadratic Formula to solve the quadratic equation.
x^2 - 2x + 2 = 0
thank you This question is from textbook College Algebra
You can put this solution on YOUR website! The quadratic solver equation is:
Where a= the amount of x squared's
b= the amount of x's
c= the number added on the end
So: a=1,
b=-2,
c=2
Using the equation given:
So x=1+i or x=1-i,
where "i" is the imaginary number
I hope this helps.
