Note that 2x+%2B+2x+=+4x, so the right side is
+5x%2B3%2B%28-x%29=4x%2B1%2B3+
Note that plus(minus) and minus(plus) = minus, so
+5x+%2B+3+-+x+=+4x+%2B+1+%2B+3+
Now subtract 3 from both sides
+5x+%2B+3+-+3+-+x+=+4x+%2B+1+%2B+3+-+3+
+5x+-+x+=+4x+%2B+1+
+4x+=+4x+%2B+1+
Subtract 4x from both sides
+0+=+1+
This is not true, so the original equation can't be true
If 1 is subtracted from the right side, then
