Multiply by 6
6*y%2F2 - 6*%285y%29%2F6 + 6*1%2F3 = 6*1%2F2
:
Cancel the denominators and you have
3y - 5y + 2 = 3
3y - 5y = 3 - 2
-2y = 1
y = 1%2F%28-2%29
y = -1%2F2
