That's not an equation, there's no equal sign.
If you want to expand it:

= 3x(3x - 2y) - 2y(3x - 2y)
= 9x%5E2+-+6xy+-+6xy+%2B+4y%5E2
%283x+-+2y%29%5E2+=+9x%5E2+-+12xy+%2B+4y%5E2
