Total number of pennants:

Total value of pennants:
4P%2B8F=186
2.2P%2B4F=93
Multiply eq. 1 by (-2) and add to eq. 2,
-2P-2F%2B2P%2B4F=-60%2B93
2F=33
F=33%2F2
There is a problem with your problem setup.
The expected numbers for P and F are integers unless someone buys 1/2 of a pennant.
