= (27 x^4 y^10)^(1/3)

= (3^3 x^4 y^10)^(1/3)

= 3 ^(3 * 1/3 ) x^(4* 1/3) y^(10 * 1/3)

= 3^1 x^(4/3) y^(10/3)

= 3 x^(4/3) y^(10/3)
