A stamp collector is arranging 100 stamps in rows with the same number of stamps in each row. How many different ways could she arrange the stamps if she would like more than 2 tows but fewer than 10 rows?

Look for prime and composite factors of 100 greater than 2 and less than 10.
The prime factors of 100 are 2%2A2%2A5%2A5.
So, 4 rows and 5 rows are the only possible choices
