You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Sqrt(3x+1) - 1 = x
=> Sqrt(3x+1) = (x+1)
=> [Sqrt(3x+1)]^2 = (x+1)^2
=> 3x+1 = x^2+2x+1
=> x^2-x=0
=> x(x-) = 0
=> x= 0 or x=1
Answer: Correct Option is D
