4n+-24+%3C=+12n+%2B+24 collect like terms
4n+-+12n+%3C=+24+%2B+24
-8n+%3C=+48 isolate variable
+n+%3E=+-48%2F8 remember to flip the sign when dividing or multiplyig an inequality by a negative number

Now, when you multiply both sides by you must reverse the sense of the inequality.
