Rewrite the second equation.
-6x%2B5y=-30
Looks very similar to eq. 1,
If you multiply eq. 1 by (-1) you will get eq. 2.
Eq. 1 and eq. 2 are the same line.
You have a dependent system with an infinite number of solutions since every solution of eq. 1 is also a solution of eq. 2.
