Move the 3r to the left in order to leave all the terms containing r on the same side:
9r+-+3r+=+6
Take r as common factor:
r%289-3%29+=+6
r6+=+6
Finally, divide both sides by 6 to get that r = 1.

The second equation is
5s-6=2s
Move the 2s to the left and the -6 to the right to get:
5s+-+2s+=+6
Take s as common factor
s%285-2%29+=+6
s3+=+6
Divide both sides by 3 to get that s = 2
