subtracting 5 ___ 1 > -2x

dividing by -2 ___ -1/2 < x

10 ≥ -2x + 4

subtracting 4 ___ 6 ≥ -2x

dividing by -2 ___ -3 ≤ x

the second condition seems to encompass the first
