You can put this solution on YOUR website! your equation is incomplete and it is in correct format in the following ways..
12-(3x-12)= 0
on opening the brackets we get ...
12 - 3x + 12 = 0 (you must know that when we open the brackets and if there is a "-" sign in front of that then the signs inside the brackets would be changed)
now like item would be added and we get
-3x + 24 = 0
-3x = -24
x = -24/-3
x = 8
Now if you wanna verify you answer ,,,you can put the values of x in the equation and if you get LHS=RHS,,,this means that you answer is correct..
