SOLUTION: here's what I got so far. I got stuck at the very last line and am not sure what to do after.
2x/3-(x-1/2)=1/6(x-51)
=> 2x/3-x+1/2=1/6(x-51)
=> 4x/6 -6x/6+3/6=x-51/6
=> 4x-6x+3
