side 1 3 units
side 2 x+7
Side 3 2x-2
3+x+x+7+2x-2 = 32
4x+8=32
4x=32-8=24
x=6

        The solution by @mananth is  FATALLY  WRONG  due to his arithmetic errors.
        See my correct solution below.

The sides are 3 units, (x+7) units and (2x-2) units.

The equation for the perimeter is

    3 + (x+7) + (2x-2) = 32.

Simplify and find x

    3 + x + 7 + 2x - 2 = 32,

      x + 2x = 32 - 3 - 7 + 2,

        3x   =       24

         x   =       24/3 = 8 units.    <<<===---  ANSWER

The sides of the triangle are  3 units, 8+7 = 15 units and 2*8-2 = 14 units.

CHECK.  The perimeter is  3 + 15 + 14 = 32 units.    ! correct !

Solved correctly.
