You can put this solution on YOUR website!
By completing the square, we get
4%28x%2B1%2F2%29%5E2%2B4%28y-0%29%5E2+=+64
so our center is
(-1/2,0)
and the radius is
r = 8

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
center is at (-1/2,0) and its radius is 4
4 (x^2+x+y^2) = 63
add 4*1/4 to complete the square for (x+1/2)^2
4 (x+1/2)^2+4*(y+0)^2=4*16
