You can put this solution on YOUR website! what u first do is let w be wrapping paper. Then newspaper would be w+50. The equation would be w+(w+50)=350. Then it becomes 2w+50=350. subract 50 from both sides to get 2w=300. Then divide each side by 2 to get w=150. So newspaper uses 200 tons and wrapping paper uses 150 tons.
