You have a single linear equation in two variables. The solution set is a countably infinite set of ordered pairs of the form such that the difference between the two coordinates in any one of the elements of the solution set is -2.
You could graph it. But you didn't ask for that.
If this were part of a consistent and independent system of two variable linear equations, you could find the single ordered pair that is the solution set of the system.
Or you could just sit there and look at it -- it is a very cute little equation after all.
