Since this one is raised to the 3/4 power, you can "undo" this power by raising both sides to the 4/3 power like this:

%28%28x-2%29%5E%283%2F4%29%29%5E%284%2F3%29+=+2%5E%284%2F3%29

%28x-2%29%5E1=+2%5E%284%2F3%29+

x-2+=+2%5E%284%2F3%29+

Last, add +2 to each side:
x=+2+%2B+2%5E%284%2F3%29+

This can also be written as:
x=+2+%2B+2%5E1%2A2%5E%281%2F3%29
x=2%2B2%2A+root%283%2C2%29
