Depends what you want to do.
Since h is already isolated, you probably want to solve for g.
h = 12g-1 Add 1
h+1 = 12g
Divide by 12
g = (h+1)/12

If you are solving for g, yes!! Add 1 to each side
h+1= 12g. Now, divide both sides by 12:
%28h%2B1%29%2F12=%2812g%29%2F12%29

g=%28h%2B1%29%2F12

R^2
