Step 1. Multiply by 10 to both sides of equation to get rid of denominator.

10%2A%282x-7%29%2F5=10%2A%283x%2F10%2B5%29

2%2A%282x-7%29=3x%2B50

4x-14=3x%2B50

Step 2. add 14-3x to both sides of equation to isolate x on left side and number on right side of equation

4x-14%2B14-3x=3x%2B50%2B14-3x

x=64 ANSWER
