Don't guess. That's right. If x represents the number of accidents, then 7x has to be the number of heart attacks.

If x = number of deaths by accident in a 1 year.
So, 7*x = number of deaths by heart disease, being 7 times that of accidents.

If we see the graph,
---> As you see, each year, there will be 1 accident equivalent to 7 deaths by heart disease.

* In Year 3 , death by accidents will be x = 3 , so
death by heart disease will be 7*3=21
