Question 190475This question is from textbook
: If P = 2y – 6xy – 3x and Q = 4 – 5y, find 2P – 3Q and simplify the answer.
I am sooo Lost! Thank You. This question is from textbook
You can put this solution on YOUR website! If P = 2y – 6xy – 3x
then 2P = 4y-12xy-6x
-----------------------------
and Q = 4 – 5y
so 3Q = 12 - 15y
------------------------------
find 2P – 3Q and simplify the answer.
3P - 3Q = (4y-12xy-6x)-(12-15y) = 4y+15y -12xy -6x -12
= 19y -12xy - 6x - 12
