They are giving you the slope of a line and a point on that line.
That is enough data to define the line.
The general formula is:

%28y+-+6%29+%2F+%28x+-+7%29+=+2
Multiply both sides by x+-+7
y+-+6+=+2%2A%28x+-+7%29
y+-+6+=+2x+-+14
Add 6 to both sides
y+=+2x+-+8
The graph is:

Find x- Intercept:

Let Fy=0
