You can put this solution on YOUR website! You need to get b by itself, so, since b is multiplied by 3, you must do the reverse operation of multiplication. Also, what you do to one side of an equation, you must do to the other side.
So, here, we would divide both sides by 3, which gives us:
b = a/3.
