You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You have to find the value of x.
Begin by isolating the x-term(3x) on left side
Do this by subtracting 4 from both sides:
3x+4-4=7-4 which leaves:
3x=3 Now divide both sides by 3
3x%2F3=3%2F3 to get:
x=1
Remember in questions like this whatever you do to one
side of an equation you have to do the same to the other side.
