Let Harry have "x" dollars.
Then Dawn has "2x" dollars.
And Tina has 3(2x) = "6x" dollars

EQUATION:
x + 2x + 6x = 175 dollars
9x = 175
x = $19.44 (Harry's amount)
2x = $38.89 (Dawn's amount)
6x = $116.67 (Tina's amount)
