You can put this solution on YOUR website!
a(x+c)= b(x-c) solve for x
:
ax + ac = bx - bc; get rid of the brackets
:
ax - bx = -ac - bc; group the x's on the left
:
x(a-b) = -c(a+b); factor out the common term
:
x = -%28c%28a%2Bb%29%29%2F%28%28a-b%29%29; divide both sides by (a-b)

I am not sure what you mean on this one, use a few more brackets and resubmit
1/2(x-3)+3/2-x)= 5x
