12/3x-2 minus 5/x+4=1
Multiply thru by (3x-2)(x+4) to get:
12(x+4) - 5(3x-2) = (3x-2)(x+4)
12x + 48 -15x + 10 = 3^2 + 10x -8
3x^2 + 13x -66 = 0
(3x+22)(x-3) = 0
x = -22/3 or x = 3
