[(2-y)(4-y)-(9y-4)(y-4)]/(y-4)(4-y)
[(8-6y+y^2)-(9y^2-40y+16)]/(-y^2+8y-16)
(8-6y+y^2-9y^2+40y-16)/(-y^2+8y-16)
(-8y^2+34y-8)/(-y^2+8y-16) multiply by -1.
(8y^2-34y+8)/(y^2-8y+16)
2(4y^2-17y+4)/(y^2-8y+16)
2(4y-1)(y-4)/((y-4)(y-4) cancel out the y-4 terms
2(4y-1)/(y-4) answer.
