y=48%2B8x
substituting the value of y in equation (i) we have

7x%2B192%2B32x=-3
39x%2B192-192=-3-192
39x=-195
%2839x%2F39%29=%28-195%2F35%29
x=-5
now substituiting the value of x in equation (i) we have
7x%2B4y=-3
7%2A%28-5%29%2B4y=-3
-35%2B4y=-3
-35%2B35%2B4y=-3%2B35
