You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f(x)=5x^2-3x+1
f(x-2)=5(x-2)^2-3(x-2)+1
f(x-2)=5(x^2-4x+4)-3x+6+1
f(x-2)=5x^2-20x+2-3x+7
f(x-2)=5x^2-23x+9
Using the quadratic equation: x+=+%28-b+%2B-+sqrt%28+b%5E2-4%2Aa%2Ac+%29%29%2F%282%2Aa%29+ we get:
x=4.168 & x=.43.
