Note, however, that neither of the expressions you show in your post is a fraction:

3x+2/4x-1 --> 3x%2B2%2F4x-1
5/2x+3 -- 5%2F2x%2B3

If you are working problems like this, your level of math knowledge should be enough that you should know that proper use of parentheses is important.
