To determine when R-plan is cheaper than U-plan, write and solve inequality
R(m) < U(M), or
7.50 + 0.05m < 4.25 + 0.075m
7.50 - 4.25 < 0.075m - 0.05m
3.25 < 0.025m
m > 3.25/0.025 = 130.
Thus if m > 130 minutes, then R-plan is cheaper than U-plan.
if m = 130 minutes, both plans are the same.
if m < 130 minutes, then U-plan is cheaper than R-plan.

Regarding part (c) and Desmos, you'll need to use x as the input variable instead of m.
Remaja Hebat Plan: y = 0.05x+7.50
Unlimited Plan: y = 0.075x + 4.25
