Sam sold x computers.

Julius sold 5x computers.

    x + 5x = 78  computers

      6x   = 78

       x   = 78/6 = 13.

ANSWER.  Julius sold 5*13 = 65 computers.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!

let the number of computers Sam sold be x
if Julius sold five times as many computers as Sam, he sold 5x computers
if they sold 78 computers, we have
x%2B5x=78
6x=78
x=78%2F6
x=13
then 5x=5%2A13=65
Julius sell 65 computers
