Not clearly presented....
For "for all numbers x, x>1/x", counterexamples are any number in the interval (0,1) or in the interval (-infinity,-1).
And for "for all numbers x, x+x>x", counterexamples are any negative number.
Beyond that, I don't know what the question is really asking....
