Take the average (mean, half sum) of the 14 and 4, which is %2814%2B4%29%2F2 = 18%2F2 = 9,


and mulriply it by the number of rows, which is  %2814-4%29%2F2+%2B+1 = 10%2F2%2B1 = 5+1 = 6.


This product  9*6 = 54 is your ANSWER
