x- intercepts are the values of x where the function is zero.

They are exactly the roots of the function.

Since the function is the product of linear binomials,  the roots are where each binomial becomes equal to zero.

So, x-intercepts are these points  3,  -1,  5.

End behavior is   -infinity  at x ---> -oo   and   infinity at  x ---> oo.
