vertex is h, k so reverse th number in parentheses and use the constant at the end for y.
vertex is (6, 2)
axis of symmetry is the x value or x=2
directrix is found by writing in form (x-h)^2=4p(y-k) so here (x-6)^2=y-2
4p=1'p=1/4
directrix is y=k-p or 2-1/4=7/4

pick x=0 where y=38
pick x=5 where y=3
because 7 is 1 units away from 6 and 5 is one unit away from 6 they have the same value of y or 3
